Associates continue tradition of giving through United Way campaign

For the 55th consecutive year, Raymond James partnered with United Way to strengthen communities, improve education and support financial stability for individuals and families across the country. This enduring partnership reflects our firm’s commitment to giving back to the places where we live and work.

Each year, the campaign culminates in a matching gift initiative, where Raymond James matches associate donations dollar for dollar, up to $10,000. In 2025, our associates once again exceeded expectations, contributing generously to help those in need. Together with the firm match, Raymond James and our associates raised over $8 million for United Way chapters and partner agencies nationwide.

Making a meaningful impact

United Way remains one of the world’s largest privately funded charitable organizations, serving 95 percent of US communities and impacting millions of lives annually. Through its strategic approach and strong local ties, United Way ensures that every dollar donated creates lasting change.

Supporting those who need it most

In our headquarters community of Tampa Bay, United Way Suncoast continues to focus on early learning, youth success and financial stability. Many of these programs assist ALICE families – households that are asset limited, income constrained and employed – who live above the poverty line but struggle to meet basic needs. Rising costs and economic challenges make these initiatives more critical than ever.

This year’s results are a testament to the generosity and dedication of our associates and the firm’s unwavering commitment to doing what’s right.
