Raymond James welcomes advisor managing over $319 million in Montecito, California

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James recently welcomed financial advisor Andrew Wilson to Raymond James & Associates (RJA) – the firm’s employee advisor channel – according to John Simmons, Western regional director for RJA.

Based in Montecito, California, the advisor arrives from UBS Financial Services, where he managed over $319 million in client assets. He is joined by Practice Business Manager Annalisa Rada-McGee and Senior Investment Portfolio Analyst Brian Berry, CFP®. As Oak Financial Group of Raymond James, they provide holistic financial services, including financial planning, comprehensive account management and guidance to families, individuals, retirees, business owners and sudden-wealth clients.

“What impressed me most about Raymond James is the firm’s commitment to a client-first culture supported by leadership focused on long-term stability,” said Wilson, senior vice president of wealth management. “That combination allows me to deliver sophisticated strategies for my high-net-worth clients with intent.”

Wilson brings more than 33 years of financial services industry experience and joins Raymond James after 12 years at his previous firm. An Army Reserve veteran, he also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Rhode Island.
