Raymond James welcomes $100 million father-son team in New Haven, Connecticut
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James recently welcomed financial advisors Michael D. Raymond and Christopher J. Raymond to Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS) – the firm’s independent advisor channel – according to Alex David, Northeast division director for RJFS.
Michael is the founder of Raymond Wealth Advisors, based in New Haven, Connecticut. He and Christopher provide personalized financial planning to a range of clients including high-net-worth families and individuals, retirees, non-profits and retirement plans. They also specialize in medical malpractice and personal injury settlements and probate court restricted accounts. Previously, the pair managed over $100 million in client assets at LPL Financial.

A six-year Navy veteran and father to Christopher, Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Yale University, a master’s degree in liberal studies from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in English from Fordham University. He brings over 42 years of industry experience to the practice.
